Futurecity were appointed by Minerva Plc in September 2008 to deliver a cultural strategy for the Ram Brewery development located in the heart of Wandsworth Borough, London. The development is unique in that it has been privately owned by Young's Brewery since 1831. The heritage buildings which remain will be retained along with many listed features. This, along with the River Wandle which runs through the development, will contribute to a rich and interesting built environment. The scheme is for residential-led and mixed-use development which seeks to deliver a true town centre regeneration for Wandsworth.

Futurecity's cultural strategy centres on key cultural partnership opportunities within Wandsworth, which have been brokered on behalf of Minerva Plc. These partnerships, in affiliation with the Ram Brewery development, will aim to provide a cultural hub for the new heart of Wandsworth Town Centre ensuring it's integration into the cultural fabric of Wandsworth Borough.
