Futurecity were appointed by C.I.T. Developments Ltd to manage the commissioning of a new public artwork to be embedded in the façade of their development 'The Aybrook' in Marylebone, London.

A major light work by renowned artist Ron Haselden was approved by the Westminster Public Arts Advisory Panel in 2006 and was completed and installed on the building at the end of 2007. The work has been made in response to the hidden Tyburn River, a tributary of the Thames which runs between the site. Consisting of up to 2,000 LEDs embedded into the building façade, three lines of pulsating light will move across it to emulate the flow of the river.
