Chiswick Park

Futurecity developed a set of Placemaking Principles for Chiswick Park to guide future investment and long-term change. The principles provide a shared framework for decision-making as the business park responds to evolving patterns of work, technology and workplace culture.

Structured as a series of interconnected ideas, the principles address both the physical hardware of place - architecture, infrastructure and landscape - and the experiential software, including technology, programming and partnerships. Together, they shape how the park functions, feels and evolves over time.

Futurecity also developed a series of project recommendations to demonstrate how the principles could be translated into action, reinforcing Chiswick Park’s role as a progressive workplace destination. The strategy responds to shifts in work and locality, offering a clear framework for adapting while maintaining commercial strength.

Collectively, the principles set out a roadmap for “Chiswick Park 2.0”: a resilient, experience-led business park capable of supporting innovation, wellbeing and long-term success.
